Founded by experienced professionals in the field of metal products in 2009, our company has grown up to a well-known and medium-sized manufacturer of fasteners, machined parts & stamped parts in East China.
Our factory is located in Taicang Suzhou, 50 kilometers to the west of Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and covers 2,000 square meters. It is made up of three workshops. One is for cold-forged fasteners, either standard according to DIN, IFI, ANSI/ASME, ISO, JIS, GB norms, etc. or special according to drawings. Another is for machined parts. The third one is for stamped parts. All of our workshops are equipped by advanced machines and skilled workers.
We are also equipped by necessary inspection devices such as Projector, Screw Drilling Tester, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Webster Hardness Tester, Tension Tester, Torque Wrenches, Salt Spray Tester, Rivet Tester, Micrometers, GO-Gauges, NO-GO-Gauges, etc.
To ensure products to meet the quality standards, we have 3 engineers engaged in conducting QC procedures. Our QC personnel utilize advanced and complete technological equipment and have implemented an ISO9001 compliant quality assurance system.
